Arti Nath – Founder and Prime Educator, K-12 Enrich

Arti Nath is the founder and prime educator of K-12 Enrich, an after-school interdisciplinary program dedicated to helping students reach their highest potential beyond the limitations of traditional classrooms. With nearly 25 years of experience, Arti believes in the transformative power of early education, enabling children to become aware of their talents and manifest a life of joy and self-realization. Her programs foster quality reactions to external stimuli, clarity of choices, and self-confidence.

Arti also emphasizes the importance of quality coaching and mentorship in high school, impacting college admissions, career trajectories, and a lifetime of purpose. She lives in the Bay Area, serves on various advisory boards, and enjoys Bikram yoga, nature walks, and dance in her free time.

Colonel William E. Peacock (“Bill”) – Director of Leadership and Public Speaking Courses, K-12 Enrich

Colonel William E. Peacock, known as “Bill,” is the director of Leadership and Public Speaking courses at K-12 Enrich. His distinguished service in the United States Marine Corps includes the creation of the “Be All You Can Be” campaign for the U.S. Army. Bill is an alumnus of Princeton University and Harvard Law School and has served as Assistant Secretary of the United States Army in The White House and The Pentagon.

Retired from the Marine Corps Reserve and as a corporate officer for Fortune 500 companies, Bill now devotes his time to charitable organizations in the Bay Area, including the Advisory Board of the Veterans Memorial and Support Foundation of Los Gatos. As a published author of the book Corporate Combat, he inspires students with his teachings on leadership and public speaking, aiming to create great leaders for the next generation at K-12 Enrich.
